04/05/20 NEW LETTING AT HAGMILL CRESCENT
We were delighted on Thursday afternoon, to handover keys for Unit 3, Hagmill Crescent, Coatbridge - our first industrial property deal to convert from a new enquiry received post-lockdown. This was especially pleasing since the 10,758 sq. ft. building had been under offer but become an early casualty of the looming uncertainty when, in the week running up to lockdown, the prospective tenant withdrew.
From receipt of the outline requirements on 8th April and our response the same day, Hagmill Crescent was identified as a strong contender on Good Friday. Heads of terms were negotiated and agreed on Tuesday 14th April; a viewing on Wednesday afternoon verified the photos and plans provided in our initial response; with solicitors instructed the following day. The entire process, from start to successful conclusion, lasted only 22 days.
